I've made a point lately to do fun things with Tag when we have some time. Lately this has meant going to the zoo. We purchased a membership in March and used it a little then, but then hadn't used it in a month or so. So since the zoo really isn't that far from our house we've gone to the zoo when its been nice just for an hour or so at a time.
Tag now knows what to expect at the zoo including a train ride. Of course the train and the playground are usually the highlights of his visit, although today we had some other surprises including seeing 6 chimpanzees as well as the sea lions swimming.
As you can see from these pictures Tag is getting better and stopping to "pose" for pictures. The first picture is of him saying "cheese" which he also likes to do. He has also started telling me "Mommy, picture" which is followed by "cheese." Pretty cute if you ask me...
On the video Tag is watching the sea lions swim. You can hear him saying "more more" because he wanted to see them swim more. On all previous trips to the zoo the sea lions have been sleeping.
