So that my dad could cut a whole in our bathroom wall
and B.J. could install our new thermostat and the last of our kitchen cabinet hardware
and I could paint this bad boy.

You are working hard! I hope you post some more pictures as things start to get closer to the way you want them. (They are never fully they way you want them, are they?)
